How We're Different
We create better experiences for hiring managers and candidates
Work with our recruiters once and you’ll be back
Clients tell us that the experiences we create for hiring managers really set us apart. Our average satisfaction score from hiring managers is 4.69 out of 5 stars, or 94%. This remarkable achievement is thanks to the expert, professional service and communication delivered by our senior recruiters, combined with the transparency provided by our information-sharing platform.Contact Us
Our expertise runs deep and wide, across positions, companies, industries and geography
To maximize success, we intentionally do not specialize in specific industries. We can access the deepest talent pools on your behalf. Also, your recruitment strategy will benefit from our crossover knowledge that can only come from working across industries and geographies, bringing fresh ideas to filling even the most difficult roles.
What do millennial job
seekers really want?
The profiles featured in Five Millennials Critique Their Recent Candidate Experiences provide important insights into how employers, from a tech start-up to a leading global brand, are successfully creating more personalized candidate experiences to compete more effectively in today’s talent-driven economy.
We conduct original research to understand what today’s candidates really want
Understanding what motivates applicants is critical to improving your hiring success. That’s why our Trendicators research division regularly conducts nationwide surveys of active and passive job candidates.
For millennials, who represent three-quarters of active job seekers today, recognition is critically important during the hiring process. When asked about the importance of RECOGNITION in the pre-hiring process, 81% of millennials said it was either important or very important, compared with 39% of baby boomers. An equally significant gap exists regarding the perceived importance of SOCIAL INTERACTION during the pre-hiring process, with 81% of millennials indicating this was important or very important, compared with only 32% of baby boomers.
