Beyond being our analytics expert, Charles supports our clients’ recognition, development and talent acquisition programs by helping them leverage behavioral science and analytics to drive employee behavior and demonstrate the ROI of their programs. Charles is a nationally recognized expert in analytics, talent management, assessment, performance management and employee and customer research. He regularly speaks and publishes on these topics. He is the author of two books on statistics and assessment.
Charles has worked with and overseen many research and analytics initiatives for Fortune 500 companies, including the development of Engage2Excel’s CSX Develop and Analytics platforms. He is a two-time winner of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology’s M. Scott Myers Award and a three-time winner of the Innovations in Assessment Award from the International Personnel Assessment Council. Charles has worked extensively in employment litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants. He is also a professor of industrial and organizational psychology at Baruch College, City University of New York.
