RECOGNITION QUOTIENT®: The sum of what we call the IQ score of recognition, our RQ SCORE® assessment, gives managers an understanding of their recognition effectiveness based on our RECOGNITION OUTPUT® evaluation of employee engagement activity in the platform and team perception via our RECOGNITION PULSE® employee recognition pulse surveys.

RECOGNITION SKILLS ASSESSMENT® (RSA): Our recognition assessment tool provides you with an evaluation of the opportunities to improve the way a manager recognizes their direct reports, as well as a web-based tool to complete online training surveys and skills testing.

PRESCRIPTIVE ALGORITHM: Based on the RSA results, our algorithm can determine which of our 25+ learning modules should be assigned to each manager.

PRESCRIBED LEARNING MODULES: The manager completes each prescribed learning module and ends with a quiz for each module to ensure that the information is retained.

POST-LEARNING PROGRESS CHECKS: A post-evaluation determines the improvements made to the manager’s recognition level upon completion of all the learning module sets prescribed.
