Engage2Excel offers a 401(k) plan to help us prepare for our future. Deferrals may begin after new employees come on board, and a company match begins after one year of employment. We can do all this through our paychecks, and in the event we receive a company performance-based bonus, we can defer dollars and get a company match on that, too!
